Dans un immeuble neuf, une designer a aménagé un deux-pièces de 41m2 pour la location qui joue l'originalité entre béton, stuc et couleur
Dans ce deux-pièces de 41m2 destiné à la location, le béton, le stuc et les couleurs donnent un mélange audacieux et original. Dans ce petit appartement tout neuf, la designer Maria Sinelnikova a choisi un parti pris audacieux. Pensé pour la location, l’appartement devait sortir du banal pour se distinguer des autres biens à louer. Grâce à une écriture décorative singulière c'est chose faite. La redistribution des zones a libéré la grande pièce de la cuisine qui a été installée dans le couloir. Cette astuce permet désormais d'avoir un salon intégrant la salle à manger. A côté, la chambre possède un dressing discret, dissimulé derrière un rideau. Chaque décision a recherché l’équilibre entre confort quotidien et originalité. Le projet joue sur des contrastes sans excès, et sans jamais sacrifier le côté pratique.
Les façades de cuisine sur mesure ont adopté le blanc des murs, disparaissant presque visuellement. Le béton apparent conservé dialogue avec des murs bleu profond, apportant une personnalité unique aux lieux. La designer de ce deux-pièces de 41m2 a ajouté des corniches et des moulures. Ainsi elle a obtenu une ambiance à la fois classique et bourgeoise, inattendue dans cet immeuble récent en béton. La palette comporte également un rouge cerise vibrant en plus du bleu. Le salon et la chambre sont séparés grâce à une porte vitrée coulissante doublé d'un rideau occultant. Dans le couloir et la salle de bain, un grès cérame graphique capte l’attention. Le mobilier privilégie des lignes simples, laissant la vedette aux matériaux et couleurs. Enfin, des tableaux peints par la fille du propriétaire ajoutent une touche personnelle. In this small, brand new apartment, designer Maria Sinelnikova has taken a bold approach. Designed for rental, the flat had to stand out from the crowd to distinguish itself from other properties on the market. Thanks to its unique decorative style, it has achieved just that. The redistribution of space has freed up the large kitchen area, which has been moved into the hallway. This clever trick has created a living room that incorporates the dining area. Next door, the bedroom has a discreet dressing room, concealed behind a curtain. Every decision sought to strike a balance between everyday comfort and originality. The project plays on contrasts without excess, and without ever sacrificing practicality.
Its custom-made kitchen fronts match the white walls, almost disappearing visually. The exposed concrete interacts with the deep blue walls, giving the space a unique personality. The designer of this 41m2 one-bedroom apartment added cornices and mouldings. This created a classic, bourgeois atmosphere, which is unexpected in this recent concrete building. The colour palette also features a vibrant cherry red in addition to the blue. The living room and bedroom are separated by a sliding glass door lined with a blackout curtain. In the hallway and bathroom, graphic porcelain stoneware catches the eye. The furniture favours simple lines, allowing the materials and colours to take centre stage.
