Petit par la surface, grand par l’esprit ! Dans ce deux-pièces de 42m2, la designer Nadezhda Komarova a relevé le défi d’un aménagement fonctionnel et élégant, en insufflant une véritable personnalité grâce à un mobilier choisi avec soin. Situé dans un immeuble contemporain, ce petit appartement occupe un étage élevé, baigné par une lumière généreuse grâce à de larges fenêtres. Utilisé quelques jours par mois seulement, l’appartement n’en reste pas moins pensé dans les moindres détails. La propriétaire souhaitait un lieu qui lui ressemble, et la designer a su transformer ce plateau vide en un cocon raffiné et fonctionnel.
L’organisation des espaces a été optimisée : chambre, salon-cuisine et salle de bains cohabitent harmonieusement. La chambre, séparée de la pièce principale par une cloison en verre, conserve son intimité grâce à un rideau de velours épais, tout en laissant circuler la lumière. Côté décoration, pas de marques standardisées ni de mobilier convenu : chaque pièce a été chinée ou réalisée sur mesure, conférant au lieu un caractère unique. Small in size, big in spirit! In this two-room apartment of 42m2, the designer Nadezhda Komarova took on the challenge of functional and elegant layout, infusing it with true personality through carefully chosen furniture. Located in a contemporary building, this small apartment occupies a high floor, bathed in generous light thanks to large windows. Used only a few days per month, the apartment is nevertheless thought out in every detail. The owner wanted a place that resembled her, and the designer was able to transform this empty space into a refined and functional cocoon.
The organisation of the spaces has been optimised: bedroom, living room-kitchen, and bathroom coexist harmoniously. The bedroom, separated from the main room by a glass partition, maintains its privacy thanks to a thick velvet curtain, while still allowing light to circulate. For the décor, there are no standardised brands or conventional furniture: each item has been thrifted or custom-made, giving the place a unique character.
