À la demande de leurs clients, les designers Nikolai Bannikov et Alena Dorofeena ont imaginé un appartement de 90m2 moderne ayant conservé les traces de son passé, pensé pour la location. Les fenêtres cintrées et hauts plafonds offraient déjà un cadre majestueux, et ils ont choisi de mettre en valeur cet espace en jouant sur le volume et la lumière. Les murs et plafonds, peints en blanc chaud, unifient l’ensemble, tandis qu’un parquet en chêne apporte chaleur et authenticité.
Ici, la brique ancienne laissée apparente se mêle aux lignes pures des éléments neuf, créant un dialogue subtil entre ancien et contemporain. La cuisine a été agrandie pour plus de convivialité, et la chambre principale accueille désormais salle de bains et espace dressing. Le mobilier, volontairement éclectique, associe console minimaliste et tableaux modernistes, ainsi que des suspensions design. L' espace de cet appartement de 90m2 moderne et ancien à la fois est lumineux, harmonieux et chaleureux, comme le désiraient ses propriétaires.
At the request of their clients, designers Nikolai Bannikov and Alena Dorofeena designed a modern 90m² apartment that retains traces of its past, intended for rental. The arched windows and high ceilings already provided a majestic setting, and they chose to enhance this space by playing with volume and light. The walls and ceilings, painted in warm white, unify the whole, while oak parquet flooring adds warmth and authenticity.
Here, the exposed old brickwork blends with the clean lines of the new elements, creating a subtle dialogue between old and contemporary. The kitchen has been enlarged to make it more convivial, and the master bedroom now includes a bathroom and dressing area. The deliberately eclectic furniture combines minimalist console tables and modernist paintings with designer pendant lights. The space in this 90m2 apartment, which is both modern and old-fashioned, is bright, harmonious and warm, just as its owners wanted.
