Situé dans le bâtiment historique The Verse, au cœur de la dynamique Rua de São Bento à Lisbonne, cet appartement plein de couleurs chaudes allie charme ancien et design contemporain. L'immeuble à la belle façade a été rénové par l’architecte Carrilho da Graça, et a conservé ses éléments emblématiques, comme les vieux escaliers, les balcons en fer forgé, et les hautes fenêtres. À l’intérieur, c'est le Studio Astolfi qui a insufflé une atmosphère élégante aux 15 appartements que comporte le bâtiment, en utilisant des matériaux naturels comme le chêne, le noyer ou le calcaire.
Ils se mêlent à des coloris rappelant la nature, des textures organiques et des objets artisanaux. La décoration de l'appartement que nous découvrons ici, crée un cocon à la fois raffiné et accueillant, où chaque détail est pensé : canapé en velours vert, lampes en rotin, bibliothèque artisanales, cuisine sur mesure, et têtes de lit sculptées en collaboration avec la créatrice Diana Botas. Located in the historic Verse building, in the heart of Lisbon's vibrant Rua de São Bento, this apartment full of warm colours combines old-world charm with contemporary design. The building, with its beautiful façade, was renovated by architect Carrilho da Graça, who preserved its iconic features, such as the old staircases, wrought-iron balconies and tall windows. Inside, Studio Astolfi has infused the building's 15 apartments with an elegant atmosphere, using natural materials such as oak, walnut and limestone.
These are combined with colours reminiscent of nature, organic textures and handcrafted objects. The décor of the apartment we see here creates a refined yet welcoming cocoon, where every detail has been carefully considered: green velvet sofa, rattan lamps, handcrafted bookcase, bespoke kitchen and headboards sculpted in collaboration with designer Diana Botas.
