Situé au pied des montagnes Tian Shan au Kazakhtan, cet appartement familial inspiré par Paris se trouve dans une résidence récente, livrée brute à ses propriétaires. Ils ont fait appel à Fariz Mamedov de FM Interiors, qui en collaboration avec la styliste Aigerim Mamyraliyeva a totalement repensé les lieux, à partir de cette coque en béton blanc. Ils ont été séduits par la vue sur les forêts et un parcours de golf, faisant entrer la nature dans les lieux.
Les matériaux sélectionnés sont à la fois durables et raffinés. On y trouve un parquet en chêne canadien, du marbre, des pièces textiles achetées en Europe. L'ambiance est à la fois chaleureuse et contemporaine, dans cet appartement familial inspiré par Paris, qui a des accents chics et haussmanniens. C'est la toile de l'artiste Santiago Navarro qui a servi de départ pour le choix des couleurs qui parsèment la décoration de l'appartement. Le bleu, le jaune, l'ocre et le violet clair se retrouvent dans la plupart des pièces. Le résultat est une ambiance sobre mais personnelle, sophistiquée et qui n'oublie pas les origines des propriétaires. Located at the foot of the Tian Shan mountains in Kazakhstan, this Paris-inspired family flat is part of a newly built residential development, handed over to its owners as a bare concrete shell. They enlisted Fariz Mamedov of FM Interiors who, in collaboration with stylist Aigerim Mamyraliyeva, completely reimagined the space starting from this white canvas. What drew them in was the view of the surrounding forest and nearby golf course, allowing nature to flow directly into the home.
The materials chosen are both sustainable and refined. The flooring is made of Canadian oak, paired with marble and carefully selected textiles sourced from Europe. The atmosphere throughout is warm yet contemporary, in keeping with the Parisian inspiration that evokes understated Haussmannian elegance. A painting by artist Santiago Navarro provided the starting point for the colour palette, which subtly echoes throughout the flat’s decor. Shades of blue, yellow, ochre, and pale violet appear in nearly every room.
