This small modern apartment proves that even on a limited budget, you can achieve a stylish interior. From the brick wall to affordable furniture and clever lighting, every detail is carefully considered. The owner wanted the renovation to be quick, elegant, and cost-effective. He turned to designer Nikita Zub, who took charge of the apartment. From the start, Zub opted for a light, neutral backdrop, enlivened by touches of orange and dark gray.
From the moment you enter, the tone is set with an open floor plan. No walls block the view, which immediately expands the sense of space. The floor alternates between graphic tiles and warm hardwood. This combination defines areas without closing off the spaces. The laundry area almost magically disappears into a vertical cabinet.
The living room has a distinct personality thanks to a brick wall left intentionally exposed. This textured surface draws the eye. Around it, light colors balance the overall atmosphere. The red sofa energizes the living area in an almost theatrical way. A black glass partition allows the bedroom area to be closed off while letting light flow freely.
The kitchen adopts a simple yet effective approach with clean lines. The white cabinet fronts are paired with light wood for a timeless look. In the background, the black backsplash adds depth and highlights the space. The designer naturally placed the dining area in this extension, against the brick wall. The fiber chairs bring a light texture and a pleasant natural feel. It is a welcoming and well-thought-out space.
