X Studio a transformé un studio de 32m2 design à Las Palmas en lieu ouvert sur la mer, structuré par la couleur et les détails ludiques
X Studio a repensé un studio de 32m2 design à Las Palmas, comme une pièce unique tournée vers l'horizon marin. L'ancienne géométrie irrégulière a disparu derrière une organisation limpide. Les cloisons sont tombées, sauf celle de la salle de bain qui est restée indépendante. Le surface vide est alors devenue un terrain libre pour créer des zones de vie. Deux blocs structurent désormais l’espace avec un parti-pris minimaliste. Le premier longe le mur mitoyen et accueille la cuisine. Il intègre un banc face à la mer et une baignoire douche panoramique.
Le second bloc abrite le lit dans une alcôve verte compacte. On y dort, on y lit, on y range l’essentiel. Autour, la surface reste libre et change selon les besoins. Le sol rose très pâle diffuse une lumière douce. Le vert dense donne de la profondeur au volume nuit. Les rideaux bleu Klein permettent l’intimité avec élégance. Les miroirs démultiplient les perspectives et capturent les reflets marins. La mer devient presque un matériau, au même titre que la couleur. Photo : David Rodríguez
X Studio has redesigned a designer 32m2 studio in Las Palmas as a single room facing the sea horizon. The old irregular geometry has disappeared behind a clear layout. The partitions have been removed, except for the bathroom, which remains separate. This empty space has become a blank canvas for creating living areas. Two blocks now structure the space with a minimalist approach. The first runs along the dividing wall and houses the kitchen. It includes a bench facing the sea and a panoramic shower bath.
The second block houses the bed in a compact green alcove. It is a place to sleep, read and store essentials. Around it, the space remains free and can be changed according to needs. The very pale pink floor diffuses a soft light. The dense green gives depth to the night-time space. Klein blue curtains provide elegantly private moments.
