La designer Bibigul Orazalina, du studio Design for Happy Life, a composé ici un décor aux influences des quatre coins du globe. Les vastes espaces aux plafonds soulignés par des moulures, et les murs beige clair sont l’écrin parfait pour la collection d’art privée. Le salon est décoré de lustres spectaculaires, d'un buffet sculptural et d'une superbe cheminée fabriquée avec un marbre rare.
La cuisine classique chic possède un sol en damier noir et blanc évoquant une brasserie parisienne. Le balcon prolonge la pièce avec vue sur la rivière Esentai et le jardin botanique. La suite en tons beiges, baignée de lumière, présente une atmosphère paisible. Dans la salle de bains, le marbre et le mobilier gris ont un aspect élégant. Le bureau avec sa bibliothèque sur mesure est l'endroit parfait pour travailler ou lire. Le vaste couloir a été repensé comme une galerie d'art improvisée, où chaque pas invite à un dialogue avec des chefs-d'œuvres. Located in one of the city's most sought-after neighbourhoods, it reflects the lifestyle of its owners, who lived in the USA for many years before returning to their native country. Designer Bibigul Orazalina, from the Design for Happy Life studio, has created a décor influenced by the four corners of the globe. The vast spaces with moulded ceilings and light beige walls are the perfect setting for the private art collection. The living room is decorated with spectacular chandeliers, a sculptural sideboard and a superb fireplace made of rare marble. Its lines are directly inspired by Hampton Court Palace.
Its chic, classic kitchen has black and white chequered flooring reminiscent of a Parisian brasserie. The balcony extends the room with views of the Esentai River and the botanical garden. The beige-toned suite is bathed in light and has a peaceful atmosphere. In the bathroom, the marble and grey furniture have an elegant look. The study with its custom-made bookcase is the perfect place to work or read. The spacious hallway has been redesigned as an impromptu art gallery, where every step invites dialogue with masterpieces.
