Malgré une surface relativement limitée, ce grand studio de 47m2 cache un dressing secret. Il joue la carte du plan ouvert, de la décoration contemporaine et du bois clair. Grâce à ses fenêtres panoramiques orientées plein sud, la lumière se diffuse dans la grande pièce de vie qui regroupe toutes les fonctions. Le blanc, le gris et quelques touches de bleu composent un décor calme, relevé par la présence chaleureuse du bois. Le plan initial en deux pièces a disparu au profit d’un grand espace décloisonné, loin de ce que l'on fait de façon habituelle. Les cloisons ne subsistent que pour la salle de bain et les rangements. Le sol en chevrons donne du rythme, tandis que les convecteurs encastrés disparaissent sous les baies vitrées.

Cette astuce libère les murs du salon et allège la perception visuelle de l’ensemble. La cuisine en bois clair dialogue avec la table ronde et la suspension couleur terre cuite. Une bibliothèque ouverte en métal sépare le salon du bureau, tout en laissant circuler la lumière. Le lit, posé sur une estrade avec tiroirs intégrés, structure le coin nuit. Despite its relatively limited surface area, this large 47m2 studio hides a secret dressing room. It features an open floor plan, contemporary decor, and light wood. Thanks to its south-facing panoramic windows, light floods into the large living room, which serves all functions. White, gray, and a few touches of blue create a calm decor, enhanced by the warm presence of wood. The initial one-bedroom layout has been replaced by a large open-plan space, which is quite different from what is usually done. The only partitions remaining are for the bathroom and storage. An herringbone floor adds rhythm, while the built-in convector heaters disappear beneath the bay windows.
The entrance opens directly onto the living room, with no door or narrow hallway. A seemingly ordinary closet reveals a passageway to a separate, spacious dressing room. This clever design frees up the living room walls and lightens the overall visual perception. The light wood kitchen complements the round table and terracotta-colored pendant light. An open metal bookcase separates the living room from the office, while allowing light to flow through. The bed, set on a platform with built-in drawers, structures the sleeping area.
