Ce petit studio pensé pour la location adopte le style Memphis avec ses couleurs vives, son mobilier sur mesure et son audace créative
À Sotchi, un petit studio de 26m2 a été transformé en un espace haut en couleurs grâce au talent de la home stager Anastasia Dubovskaya. Entre audace chromatique et esprit ludique, ce projet locatif mise une décoration dynamique. Le but est de séduire une clientèle jeune en quête d’originalité. C'est un lieu pensé pour la location à la journée, et la professionnelle a choisi de s’inspirer du style Memphis pour le sortir du banal. Ce mouvement né dans les années 80 est aussi coloré qu’expressif.
Avec ses plafonds de 3m et un plan bien optimisé, le petit studio accueille une cuisine linéaire complète, un coin repas, un lit central et même un espace de travail. On oublie le canapé dans ce lieu destiné à être un logement provisoire. Le décor se construit sur un jeu graphique où s’entrelacent rouge, rose, bleu et jaune. Un liseré bleu sous plafond vient souligner l’architecture, tandis que des panneaux jaunes rééquilibrent les proportions. Le lit bleu à tête arrondie devient la pièce maîtresse, encadré de tableaux abstraits. Ils ont été créés spécialement pour le projet et inspiré par Instagram. In Sochi, a small 26m2 studio was transformed into a colourful space thanks to the talent of home stager Anastasia Dubovskaya. Between chromatic boldness and a playful spirit, this rental project features dynamic decoration. The goal is to attract a young clientele in search of originality. It is a place designed for daily rental, and the professional chose to draw inspiration from the Memphis style to make it stand out from the ordinary. This movement born in the 80s is as colourful as it is expressive.
With its 3-meter ceilings and a well-optimized layout, the small studio accommodates a complete linear kitchen, a dining area, a central bed, and even a workspace. The sofa is forgotten in this place intended to be temporary accommodation. The decor is built on a graphic interplay where red, pink, blue, and yellow intertwine. A blue border under the ceiling highlights the architecture, while yellow panels rebalance the proportions. The blue bed with a rounded headboard becomes the centrepiece, framed by abstract paintings. They were created specifically for the project and inspired by Instagram.
