On imagine mal qu'avant sa rénovation, cet appartement de 70m2 créatif et lumineux, était un vieil appartement mal agencé. Sa propriétaire, l'actrice espagnole Ana Villa, a confié le projet à Fabuloso Estudio qui l'a transformé en un lieu plein de couleurs et de gaité. L'esprit original des architectes d'intérieur se reflète dans cet intérieur, où chaque espace est animé par la même volonté de le rendre unique. Rien que sur la terrasse, on remarque les carreaux de ciment à gros pois, un choix plutôt rare pour un sol.
Dans les pièces, le terracotta s'unit au bleu profond et vif, au jaune, et aux graphismes extravagants. La salle de bain est glamour et originale. Tout cela dans un équilibre calculé qui fait de cet appartement de 70m2 créatif et lumineux, un endroit où l'on se sent à la fois dynamisé et serein. The original spirit of the interior designers is reflected in this interior, where every space is driven by the same desire to make it unique. The terrace alone features cement tiles with large polka dots, a rather rare choice for a floor.
