Même si la surface de cet appartement est relativement restreinte (45m2 au sol plus 22m2 de mezzanine), nous ne sommes pas moins pour autant devant un petit loft industriel de 67m2 situé dans une ancienne brasserie à Stockholm. La résidence se caractérise par une hauteur sous plafond de cinq mètres avec des voûtes préservées et des fenêtres d'usine qui s'étendent sur toute la façade, et elle a été construite en 1897.

L'ambiance industrielle d'origine a été préservée et est mixée désormais avec une décoration moderne, ici dans des tons neutres et sombres, rendus possibles grâce à la belle luminosité provenant des hautes fenêtres. L'espace est parfaitement optimisé avec un grand salon et sa cuisine avec une salle à manger, à l'étage la chambre sur la mezzanine, accessible par un escalier un peu raide en acier. On trouve également une grande salle de bain avec un espace buanderie, et une pièce transformée en un grand dressing pour les vêtements qui donne accès à la salle de bain. Et même si les lofts ne sont plus autant aimés qu'autrefois, on est séduits par celui-ci, bien aménagé et décoré.

Although the surface area of this flat is relatively small (45m2 floor space plus 22m2 mezzanine), we are nonetheless looking at a small 67m2 industrial loft located in a former brewery in Stockholm. The residence features five-metre high ceilings with preserved vaulted ceilings and factory windows spanning the entire facade, and was built in 1897.

The original industrial ambience has been preserved and is now mixed with modern decor, here in neutral, dark tones, made possible by the beautiful light coming in from the high windows. The space is perfectly optimised, with a large living room and kitchen with dining area, and upstairs the bedroom on the mezzanine, accessed by a slightly steep steel staircase. There is also a large bathroom with a laundry area, and a room that has been converted into a large dressing area for clothes, with access to the bathroom. And even if lofts aren't as popular as they used to be, we're won over by this one, which has been well fitted out and decorated.
