La rénovation totale d'un appartement de 82m2 près de Paris a été réalisé par Charlotte Gille, la créatrice de Happy Pog. Ce bel appartement classique mais totalement dans son jus, avait besoin d'être revu entièrement, et ses nouveaux propriétaires ont fait appel à cette professionnelle aguerrie pour lui donner une véritable personnalité douce et chaleureuse.
Si le plan a été conservé pratiquement à l'identique avec des pièces qui ont gardé leur fonction initiale, la cuisine vétuste et trop petite a été agrandie sur l'entrée, et un couloir a été créé pour que les chambres en enfilade deviennent totalement indépendantes. De plus, la salle de bain a été scindée en deux afin d'avoir des toilettes séparées. Le but, outre une meilleure distribution des espaces, a été de gagner en luminosité et de faire traverser la lumière. Les éléments anciens ont été conservés, comme les moulures. L’ensemble des murs de cet appartement ont été peints en blanc chaud et la couleur est apportée par petite touche. De nombreux rangements ont été ajoutés afin de conserver à cet appartement une atmosphère sereine. The complete renovation of an 82 m² flat near Paris was carried out by Charlotte Gille, the creator of Happy Pog. This beautiful, classic but totally untouched flat was in need of a complete overhaul, and its new owners called on this seasoned professional to give it a real soft, warm personality.
While the layout has been kept virtually identical, with the rooms retaining their original function, the outdated and undersized kitchen has been enlarged over the entrance hall, and a corridor has been created to make the adjoining bedrooms completely independent. In addition, the bathroom has been split in two to create a separate toilet. As well as distributing the space more evenly, the aim was to make the room brighter and let in more light. Old features such as the mouldings have been retained. All the walls in this flat have been painted warm white, with colour added in small touches. A lot of storage space has been added to give the flat a serene atmosphere.
