L'atmosphère de cet appartement haussmannien à Paris situé en angle et d'une surface de 135m2 a été réveillée par le travail en profondeur de l’agence MIID (Marie Ingrid Interior Design). Autrefois sans identité particulière, il a été entièrement rénové à la demande de ses propriétaires qui désiraient une chambre parentale, deux autres chambres pour leurs enfants adolescents, ainsi qu'une grande pièce de vie regroupant le salon, la cuisine et sa salle à manger.
L'architecte a su dissimuler avec talent les éléments techniques dans des faux-plafonds, comme ceux de la climatisation, tout en conservant le charme authentique de l'appartement. Dans un premier temps, l’agence MIID a revu entièrement la disposition des pièces ,pour fluidifier la circulation et adapter le plan à la vie actuelle. Des couleurs fortes ont été choisies pour l'entrée, qui mettent en valeur la lumière de la grande pièce de vie que l'on aperçoit depuis cette zone tampon.L'équilibre et l'élégance ont été au centre de la réflexion de cette rénovation aboutie parfaitement pensée et réalisée par l'agence. The atmosphere of this 135m2 Haussmann-style corner flat in Paris has been revitalised by the in-depth work of the MIID (Marie Ingrid Interior Design) agency. Previously without any particular identity, it was completely renovated at the request of its owners, who wanted a master bedroom, two other bedrooms for their teenage children, and a large living room combining the lounge, kitchen and dining room.
The architect skilfully concealed the technical elements in false ceilings, such as those for the air conditioning, while preserving the flat's authentic charm. To begin with, MIID completely redesigned the arrangement of the rooms, to improve circulation and adapt the layout to today's lifestyles. Strong colours were chosen for the entrance hall, which highlights the light from the large living room that can be seen from this area. Balance and elegance were central to the thinking behind this successful renovation, which was perfectly thought out and carried out by the agency.
