Grâce à sa rénovation moderne et fonctionnelle, il peut accueillir désormais les visiteurs venu découvrir Madrid. C'est l'architecte Adela Díaz-Llanos, qui a su tirer le meilleur parti de la petite surface existante, un véritable défi, lorsqu'on voyait l'état de l'appartement "avant". Pour la location, il devait non seulement avoir un salon, une cuisine et une salle à manger, mais également deux chambres à coucher et une salle de bain !
Le plan était biscornu et demandait à être totalement revu. Mais l'appartement était lumineux et avait un réel potentiel pour ses propriétaires. Et en commençant les travaux de rénovation, un magnifique plafond avec des poutres s'est révélé, de quoi ajouter une touche authentique à cet appartement de 29m2, où cet élément ancien s'associe parfaitement à une décoration moderne et légère. Deux cubes abritent désormais la salle de bain, la cuisine et les chambres à coucher et les miroirs du salon permettent d'augmenter la sensation d'espace. Bien entendu, il serait difficile de vivre là à quatre à l'année, mais pour une location de courts séjours dans une petite surface, c'est parfait.

The layout was a mess and needed to be totally redesigned. But the flat was bright and had real potential for its owners. And as the renovation work began, a beautiful beamed ceiling was revealed, adding an authentic touch to the 29m2 flat, where this old element blends perfectly with the light, modern decor. Two cubes now house the bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms and the mirrors in the living room increase the feeling of space. Of course, it would be difficult to live there with four people all year round, but for short term rental in a small space, it is perfect.
