Si ce deux pièces de 50m² situé dans une ancienne usine vieille d'un siècle, semble si grand, c'est du à son plan ouvert façon loft et à l'exceptionnelle hauteur sous plafond qui a permis d'installer une mezzanine de 9m² accessible avec une échelle. On a choisi d'y mettre un coin télé, mais rien n'empêche de l'utiliser en coin nuit supplémentaire pour les amis de passage, à condition que ces amis ne souffrent pas de vertiges!

If this two rooms apartment of 50m ² located in a former century-old factory seems so spacious, it is due to its open plan in loft style and the exceptional ceiling height which helped to install a mezzanine of 9m² reachable with a ladder. It was chosen to set a TV space, but nothing prevents to use it as an additional sleeping for visiting friends, provided that these friends don't suffer from vertigo!
