C'est tout d'abord le choix de couleurs qui nous intéresse dans ce grand studio de 42m2 bien optimisé par l'ajout d'une verrière blanche. Le vert de la zone dédiée à la chambre intimise cet endroit pourtant ouvert sur le salon. L'aménagement est de style mini loft, bien que nous soyons dans un immeuble moderne construit en 1967 en Suède, et non pas dans une de ces anciennes usines où l'on trouve des lieux aux surfaces atypiques.

Cet appartement de la seconde moitié du siècle dernier possède également deux éléments d'origine bien plus rares de nos jours : une belle hauteur sous plafond, et un très beau parquet posé à bâtons rompus qui a été entièrement restauré. Côté décoration, pour trancher avec ce vert profond rappelant la nature et la forêt qui ne sont jamais loin en Suède, on a opté pour un canapé orange et des touches de la même couleur dans la salle à manger qui jouxte la cuisine ouverte. Une entrée particulière permet d'accéder à ce studio, qui avec sa verrière est presque devenu un deux-pièces.

A well-optimised 42m2 studio with a white partition

It's the choice of colours that interests us most in this large 42m2 studio, which has been optimised by the addition of a white partition. The green of the bedroom area makes it feel more intimate, even though it is open to the living room. The layout is in the style of a mini loft, even though we're in a modern building constructed in Sweden in 1967, and not in one of those old factories where you find places with atypical surfaces.

This flat from the second half of the last century also has two original features that are much rarer these days: high ceilings and beautiful herringbone parquet flooring that has been completely restored. In terms of decor, to contrast with the deep green, reminiscent of the nature and forest that are never far away in Sweden, an orange sofa and touches of the same colour were chosen for the dining room, which adjoins the open-plan kitchen. A private entrance gives access to this studio, which with its partition has almost become a one-bedroom.
